We're extremely pleased with Creative Detroit Placemakers and the work they did on our bathroom remodeling project. I was recently confined to a wheelchair, and needed to remodel an existing main-floor bathroom, hall and closets into a wheelchair accessible bathroom. We also needed to redesign a deck and add an interior ramp to allow me ingress and egress from the house. Mr. Brewis worked closely with us and helped design a space that perfectly meets my needs. He met our very aggressive timing and worked with our contractors to ensure the design and materials were ready and delivered on time to keep things moving. The deck redesign not only afforded me access but improved our home's value. He is a good, frequent communicator, and always made sure we were kept abreast of the status of the project. He even drove to the hospital and brought materials and design boards to review with me there. We highly recommend CDP if you are considering a home remodeling project.

From the moment I met Patrick, I knew I was going to be in good hands. It was clear to me Patrick cared so deeply about the work and the needs of my home. Trust is important and Patrick earned it instantly, which is saying a lot given the extensive amount of work we had in front of us. So far, Patrick has immaculately designed both the full 1st and 2nd floors of my home, including a complete demo of the kitchen. My husband and I worked with Patrick at Creative Detroit Placemakers over a period of several months to redesign and remodel two of the main rooms in our house and we can’t say enough good things about that experience. Our transformed spaces are absolutely gorgeous! Working with Patrick was very easy. - he is organized, a great communicator and is very responsive. He took the time at the beginning of the project to understand our vision and tastes then made sure they were incorporated into his design ideas.
